This is an action for damages for the alleged conversion of grass seed. Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment for defendant.

Plaintiffs are engaged in a farming operation in Linn County, Oregon. Their principal crop is rye grass seed. Plaintiffs delivered to William J. Patapoff, a seed warehouseman, a certain quantity of seed grown by them.
