Mary Anne Saccio, on September 22, 1960, recovered a judgment in the Circuit Court of Arlington County against Ronnie Gene Smith for the sum of $14,000.00 for personal injuries sustained by her as the result of the negligent operation of a motor vehicle by Smith.
