This is a libel against Freighters and Tankers Steamship Company, the owner and operator of the vessel NORTH MONARCH, brought by libelant, Thomas McQuiston, a longshoreman. Libel-ant injured his back while working in the employ of Rogers Shipping and Terminal Co. as a longshoreman, in the process of loading grain, aboard the NORTH MONARCH.
