PUTNAM, District Judge.

Complainant brings this suit in behalf of his minor son, Offord Touchet (Touchette), for damages for injuries caused by negligence attributed to defendants Petroleum Offshore Leaseholds and Petroleum Leaseholds, Inc. The defendant Travelers is liability insurer for the other two defendants and all three will be collectively referred to as Petroleum.
