The sole issue presented on this appeal is whether the lower court erred in refusing to increase the amount of $500 awarded to the plaintiff by the jury for personal injuries, including both past and future pain and suffering, future wage loss, and permanent disability.

On the day of the accident, Mrs. Dodge consulted with Dr. Gilbert Schwartz, a general physician.
