The First National City Trust Company (hereafter called petitioner) seeks review of an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which stayed the execution of a warrant of eviction against Lane Foods, Inc. (hereafter called Lane), debtor in possession, on the ground that the Bankruptcy Court was without jurisdiction to enter the order.
