Devall ordering Defendant to deliver to Plaintiff, in accordance with law, Tract 317, Kildare, Section 3, situated in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, with improvements, Defendant prosecutes this devolutive appeal.

Plaintiff and Defendent were married.
