Their right of privacy was violated, 'Patricia Nappier and Maxine Gunter charged in separate complaints, by the Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company and by its subsidiary the Jefferson .Standard Broadcasting Company when the latter published through television the fact of their rape. On motion the District Court dismissed the complaints.
