This suit was originally commenced on January 30, 1956, to condemn certain property of the defendants to be used for highway purposes. On February 28, 1956, a Jury of View went upon the property to ascertain the amount of compensation due the defendants by reason of said tailing, and reported total damages in the sum of $6,000.00.
