— Plaintiffs filed an action in assumpsit in two counts against defendants on a cause of action which arises out of a factual circumstance which ordinarily sounds in trespass. In the spring of 1961, plaintiff, Anne Sabocheck, fell while entering the court house of Washington County to pay her taxes.
