This appeal is taken from a judgment for $15,000 in favor of James O’Keefe, plaintiff, against Lithocolor Press, Inc., a corporation, and Bobert Gunderson. The case was tried before a jury and the judgment was entered on the jury’s verdict. The defendants filed a post-trial motion which the trial court denied.
