This is a forma pauperis appeal from a summary judgment rendered below (under Fed.R.Civ.Proc. 56) involving two weapons (guns)

and two motor vehicles,

seized by the United States Government from appellant, Lawrence LeRoy Ramsey.

The findings in this case were that the weapons were seized under authority of Title 26, U.S.C. § 7301 et seq.
