Zenitz appeals from the affirmance by the Board of Appeals of the rejection of claims 3, 5, 9 through 12 and 21 of his patent application.

The appellant deals with chemical compounds described as 10-piperidinoalky-lene derivatives of trifluoromethyl phenothiazines which are said to be useful as “hypotensive agents, anti-nauseants, antipyretics and sedatives.
