Appeal is perfected in this case on questions of law from a verdict and judgment for plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. The action was based on the theory of negligence and arose out of an intersection collision between two vehicles, in one of which plaintiff was a passenger.
