This was a suit for damages to appellant’s property transported by appellee from California to Washington, D. C., and delivered on December 20, 1960. Appellant filed a claim with appellee which was disallowed on February 7, 1961, and April 7, 1961. Thereafter, on December 3, 1963, appellant instituted this suit.
