This is an appeal from a decree of strict foreclosure entered for the plaintiff-vendor, L. D. Leigh-ton, against the defendants-purchasers of certain real property in Lincoln County.
A conditional sales contract was entered into on February 1, 1959, between Leighton and the purchasers.
