This is an appeal by the respondent from a decree of the Circuit Court of Marion County, in Equity, granting complainant, Gera Terrell, relief in a statutory bill to quiet title. •

The basis of appellee’s claim to the lands in question is a deed to her deceased husband (Houston Terrell) and her, jointly for life with right of survivorship, executed on July 12, 1952, from one I-I.
