This proceeding was begun by the appellants to be declared legitimate children of E. B. Sauls, Sr., who died intestate on March 12, 1959, while a resident citizen *311of Walthall County, Mississippi. His widow, Mrs. Mary E. Sauls, administratrix of his estate, and the children, or their • descendants, of E. B. Sauls, Sr., and Mattie Dunn Sauls, his first wife, contest this petition.
