The residence of Juan B. Pérez was searched by virtue of a warrant issued by a judge. Material used in the game *22declared illegal by Act No. 220 of 1948 was seized — 33 L.P.R.A. § 1247 et seq. — as well as money in cash. The district attorney filed an information for a violation of that Act.
