Gunson’s Sortex, Ltd., a British corporation with its principal office in London, England, successor to R. W. Gunson (Seeds) Ltd. of London, filed a motion for leave to intervene and file complaint as a party plaintiff in this action. In considering that motion, it is necessary to set forth the facts regarding a prior action begun by defendant Mandrel Industries, Inc.
