It appears from the complaints in the above two actions that:

On March 15, 1962, the plaintiff and libelant George Miculka (Longshoreman) was an employee of the defendant American Mail Line, Ltd. (American-Stevedore) at the time the self-same American Mail Line, Ltd. (American-Charterer) was a bareboat charterer of the respondent vessel S.S.
