This is an action for wrongful death brought, pursuant to Section 10-1951 et seq., Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1952, by the Administrator of the Estate of Dr. Elbert A. Simmons, deceased, who died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile-truck collision on October 5, 1961.
