This is a proceeding under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), in which the plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary denying him a claim for disability benefits. Plaintiff filed his application to establish a period of disability and for disability insurance pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i) and 423.
