This litigation arises out of an automobile collision which occurred at the intersection of Twenty-seventh street and Maple avenue, in the city of Newport News. Joseph Robert Taylor was driving east-war dly along Twenty-seventh street. As he reached the intersection of Maple avenue he attempted to make a left turn and go north on that street.
