Appellant was charged in four-count indictment with removal, concealment, possession, transportation, and sale October 21, 1963, of one gallon of non-tax paid liquor [counts one and two] and with removal, concealment, and possession January 30, 1964, of one hundred two gallons of non-tax paid liquor [counts three and four].
