This is a motion for an order pursuant to section 120 of the Decedent Estate Law, permitting the administratrix of a decedent plaintiff in an action pending to be substituted in place and instead of the decedent plaintiff as a party-plaintiff in the action and in enlarging the complaint in the action to include a cause of action for wrongful death of the decedent and to
