Court of Chancery of Delaware January 7, 1965 (Dick v. Reves)

This appeal is from a decision of the Court of Chancery which granted plaintiffs’ prayers for rescission of a sale of realty, plus damages, by the defendants to the plaintiffs. The land is located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The relief was based upon a finding that the purchase was induced by a material misrepresentation.
