These consolidated cases consist of an action brought by the Secretary of Labor, in his official capacity, to enjoin future violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S. C.A. § 201 et seq., by the defendants, First National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City and the First National Management Corporation, and an action brought by Mabel V.
