A grand jury of Arlington county returned an indictment against the defendant, Eugene William Rollins,, charging him with the murder of Leon Tatleman. He entered a plea of not guilty. After hearing the evidence, a jury found him guilty of murder in the first degree and fixed his punishment at life imprisonment.
