Appellees, Jane W. Blumberg, individually and as independent executrix of the estate of H. H. Weinert, deceased, and Hilda B. Weinert, a widow, filed this suit against appellants, Seguin Independent School District, its Board of Trustees, and its Assessor and Collector of Taxes, to set aside assessments placed on appellees’ lands for 1964 property tax purposes by the school
