In this suit for personal injuries resulting from a rear end automobile collision the jury verdict was for plaintiff and *161against defendant Ernest Courtaway in the amount of $20,000, and it was in favor of defendant Irwin F. Nelle, Jr. Plaintiff appealed from the judgment in favor of Nelle, but subsequently dismissed her appeal.
