This is a venue suit.

The City of Hurst brought suit in Tar-rant County against J. L. Myers’ Sons, a partnership, engaged in the business of drilling water wells; Gulf Insurance Company, which made a performance bond for Myers; and Wisenbaker, Fix & Associates, consulting engineers, for damages growing out of the drilling of a water well for the City by Myers.
