Mack Trucks, Inc., sued H. R. Martens on a note for a deficiency judgment after the truck for which the note was given was seized and sold under executory process. Judgment was entered in favor of Mack Trucks, and Martens appealed devolutively to this court. We affirmed the deficiency judgment in an opinion handed down on July 2, 1962. La.App., 144 So.2d 655.
