This is an appeal from a judgment and verdict of $22,060.00 awarded for personal injuries arising out of a slip and fall in •defendant’s grocery store. The case was tried February 9,1966, before the Honorable Jack D. Shanstrom, Judge of the Sixth Judicial District.
