MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ARRAJ, Chief Judge.
The defendant, a nineteen year old girl, is being prosecuted by information for a violation of Title 18 U.S.C. § 1701. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum sentence of one year, or a fine of $500.00, or both.
