This is a habeas corpus action against the warden of the men’s state reformatory where it is alleged plaintiff is illegally restrained. Following a hearing, the district court ruled plaintiff should have been referred to the juvenile court of Ringgold County and ordered him remanded to such court within one week for further proceedings. Defendant has appealed.
