Defendant was convicted of kidnaping (§ 207, Pen. Code) and violations, sections 288 and 288a, Penal Code ; an alleged prior felony conviction (§ 211, Pen. Code) was found to be true. He was found not to be a mentally disordered sex offender; his motion for a new trial was denied and he was sentenced to the state prison.
