This suit involves the construction of one paragraph contained in the will of J. T. Gil-lett. Originally suit was filed by the three independent executors of the estate of J. T. Gillett, deceased, against one of the appellants, Roland Setliff, for possession of the Gillett farm and for crop rents for the year 1963-64.
