This action for divorce, commenced on November 28, 1964, is a second action for divorce on the ground of desertion brought by the respondent husband. The first action was commenced on October 24, 1956, and finally decided on appeal to this court by an opinion of this court filed February 24, 1960. Inabinet v. Inabinet, 236 S. C. 52, 113 S. E.
