Credit Corp. petitions for review of an order of the referee in bankruptcy confirming the plan submitted by the debtor for an extension of time in which to pay his debts out of his future earnings and wages under the provisions of Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1086 (1964).
