This is an action instituted by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, under the provisions of Section 16(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) pursuant to the written request of Royce R. Joyner, Jessie Turnage, Robert T. Wilson, and Deleon L. Best.
