This action was tried before me and a jury on September 19-20, 1968. Both at the conclusion of plaintiff’s testimony and of defendant’s presentation of evidence, the defendant sought a direction of verdict in its favor. Both motions were overruled. Upon submission, the jury returned a verdict of $1.00 actual damages and $2,500.
