Defendant Pallister and two co-defendants, Dorothy Krugman and Gerard Flieger, were jointly charged with armed robbery

perpetrated on December 1, 1962. The three defendants were tried jointly before a jury. Defendants Pallister and Krugman were found guilty. Defendant Flieger pleaded guilty to a lesser offense during the trial.
