The appellant was charged by information in count I with the crime of violation of section 11501 of the Health and Safety Code, sale of narcotics, and in count II with the crime of violation of section 11500.5 of the Health and Safety Code, possession of narcotics for sale. A jury trial was personally waived by the appellant and joined in by counsel.
