Plaintiff, Dewey Gianelloni, sued The Hospital Association of the Southern Pacific Lines in Texas and Louisiana, seeking reimbursement for certain emergency medical and hospital expenses incurred by him as a result of being seriously ill and requiring emergency medical treatment in September, 1961.
