This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Union County directing that appel*168lant be extradited to New Jersey. This order followed tbe denial of appellant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant had been committed to New Jersey State Prison on January 8, 1954, following convictions and sentences for various state offenses.
