JOHNSON, Judge.

In this case, the appellant brought suit pursuant to Chapter 87, Florida Statutes, F.S.A., for declaratory determination of the rights of lessees and lessors under a written lease.

Gleaned from a minute study of the somewhat voluminous record, it appears that from a practical standpoint the main question is: What was the intent of the parties to the lease?
