On October 7, 1966, defendant, Thomas Sink, was convicted on his plea of guilty of having received and concealed stolen property of a value in excess of $100 knowing the same to have been stolen.1 ***5On December 2,1966 the defendant was sentenced to a prison term of 2 to 5 years.
