Plaintiff, Sulphur Terminals Company, Inc., brought suit against defendants, Pelican Marine Carriers, Inc. and the S/S Louisiana Brimstone, for damages allegedly sustained when the Louisiana Brimstone damaged a piling cluster and wharf walkway owned by plaintiff.
