MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause came to be heard upon the motion of the third-party defendants for dismissal of the third-party complaint or in lieu thereof to quash the returns of services of summons on the grounds that this Court has no jurisdiction so as to subject the third-party defendants to service of process within the District of Puerto Rico.
